In Playset mode, players can play many available story templates and Toybox mode players can create and play in their own world. Playset and Toybox are two game modes established in the game. If the player is defeated, the player can choose one of the other characters to play or wait to be used again. With a USB Infinity Base and action figures, players extend the playing time and world. Disney Infinity 3.0 allows players to adventure in the opening scenes of Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, and Spider-Man games. By collecting sparks in matches, the player can level up the character to a higher level. Also known as the toys-to-life Infinity Franchise, Disney Infinity 3.0 makes good on the titles before it.
